Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Oracle Payroll modules based on business requirements.
Set up and manage earnings and deduction codes within Oracle Payroll.
Perform payroll configuration, testing, and validation activities.
Migrate payroll configurations and related objects across different PODs.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide effective resolutions.
Essential Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll.
Deep understanding of Oracle Payroll configuration and setup.
Expertise in configuring earnings and deduction codes.
Experience in migrating payroll configurations across PODs.
Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Good To Have Skills
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Knowledge of payroll integrations and data migration.
Exposure to payroll testing and support activities.
