We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) with 13 years of experience in facility maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical maintenance, along with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Ensure safety standards and proper documentation of maintenance activities.
Coordinate with the site team for smooth facility operations.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
13 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
Willing to work in shifts if required.
