Performance Marketing Manager – Lead Generation & Growth
About the Role
Eduflair Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive our lead generation strategy. This role is responsible for generating high-quality admissions-ready leads and improving marketing performance across all paid channels.
This is not a Social Media Manager or SEO-focused role. We are looking for someone with strong expertise in performance marketing, paid campaigns, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Meta, Google, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
Drive lead generation through paid marketing channels.
Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Monitor Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Admission (CPA), and Marketing ROI.
Work closely with the Sales, Media, and Content teams.
Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
Coordinate with external marketing agencies and ensure performance.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign optimization.
Experience with CRM, lead funnels, and marketing automation.
Solid analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage marketing budgets and improve ROI.
Experience in EdTech or high-volume lead generation is preferred.
