Job Details

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Recruitment

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per Month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases




.Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and screening
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
