Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Module).
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows.
Develop solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Design and develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations.
Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate Dynamics 365 with external enterprise applications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
Configure security roles, teams, business units, and field-level security.
Perform solution deployment, release management, and workplace management.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
Provide production support and troubleshoot complex CRM issues.
Follow Microsoft best practices for solution architecture, performance, scalability, and security.
