We are looking for a passionate and experienced NPD Formulator / Flavorist to join our R&D; team in Jaipur. At this stage, our primary focus is on developing robust product formulations in the laboratory before commercial scale-up. Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize water dispersible tablet formulations for hydration and nutrition applications.

Design innovative formulations with excellent taste, functionality, stability, and dispersibility.

Evaluate and select flavors, sweeteners, and functional ingredients.

Conduct laboratory trials, stability studies, and formulation optimization.

Maintain detailed formulation records, specifications, and technical documentation.

Prepare product dossiers and ensure formulations comply with applicable food and nutraceutical regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on ingredient innovations, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Drive product development from concept through validated laboratory formulation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry,



or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in formulation development of water dispersible tablets, effervescent tablets, nutraceuticals, functional beverages, or similar products.

Strong understanding of formulation science, flavor systems, ingredient functionality, and product stability.

Working knowledge of food/nutraceutical regulatory requirements and technical documentation.

Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a startup/Greenfield setting.
