Conduct daily review meetings with Production and Purchase teams to monitor and align production schedules.
Oversee overall production planning and execution within the organization.
Assess production requirements based on plant capacity and defined specifications.
Develop and communicate production schedules to relevant departments.
Track production progress and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
Identify schedule delays and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to production activities.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding any potential delays or disruptions.
Collaborate in recent product development and process enhancements.
Ensure finished goods comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
Address production-related issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to management.
Continuously evaluate existing production processes and recommend improvements.
