Job Summary

Kylan Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive Accounts &
Sales to support our growing Import &
Export business. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, sales coordination, customer communication, and office operations. Candidates with exposure to import-export documentation and AI productivity tools will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounts using Tally Prime or similar accounting & billing software
Generate GST invoices, maintain purchase & sales entries, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and receivable follow-ups
Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and maintain CRM records
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics partners
Prepare and manage Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other import-export documentation
Track shipments, maintain inventory records, and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
Support procurement, logistics, and general office administration
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or similar) to improve productivity,



communication, reporting, and documentation

Required Skills
Tally Prime, ZOHO or similar accounting & billing software
GST & basic accounting knowledge
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook &
Google Workspace
Robust communication and customer coordination skills
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or similar
Knowledge of CRM software (preferred)
Import &
Export documentation knowledge (preferred; training will be provided)

Qualification
B.Com / BBA (Preferred)
MBA is an added advantage

Languages
English (Mandatory)
Hindi (Mandatory)
Kannada/ Tamil (Preferred)
