NPD Engineer Core NPD & Engineering Support Function Responsibilities/: Design for Manufacturing Translation/: Use 3D parametric software to conceptualize and engineer recent product designs, making sure that all geometries take into consideration raw stock restrictions, wall thicknesses, and tooling draft angles. APQP & PPAP Documentation Control/: Oversee the creation and implementation of essential quality documentation, such as PPAP submission packets, control plans, and Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.

Prototyping and Pilot Scale Production/: Manage the physical assembly and record structural deviations while coordinating the creation of alpha and beta prototypes using 3D printing, CNC machining, or soft tooling.

Validation and Verification Testing/: Create and carry out component testing matrix procedures, including environmental heat testing, tensile strength trials, lifecycle wear analysis, and structural stress validations. Tooling & Fixture Development Liaison/: Manage the development, modification,



and injection/stamping tuning loops of recent production molds, jigs, and assembly fixtures in close collaboration with Tool Room and Die Engineering cells.

Bill of Materials BOM Architecture Design/: Within the corporate ERP system, create and manage multi/-level Engineering Bills of Materials EBOM and smoothly convert them into Manufacturing Bills of Materials MBOM.
