Hiveminds is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with 4–8 years of experience in eCommerce and B2C marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, improve conversions, and maximize ROAS.

Preferred Candidate Background:
Candidates must have 4–8 years of Performance Marketing experience with leading Tier 1 or Tier 2 Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Media Agencies. Hands-on experience managing eCommerce and B2C client accounts is mandatory. Candidates with experience exclusively from in-house brand marketing teams will not be considered.
