Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance (FICO) projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and stakeholder management.
Responsible for solution designing, template enhancement and rollout of FI solution
Work with global clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and deliver tailored SAP solutions across FICO modules.
Act as SME for complex SAP environments involving integrations with SD, MM etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules
Provide training and support to end-users
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in SAP FICO with robust consulting background
Proven experience across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Banking, and Tax Accounting processes.
Hands-on expertise in:
SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
FICO sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax,
Cost Center Accounting, Project Systems
Integrations: FI-MM, FI-SD
RICEFW development oversight
Month-end closing activities and cost accounting
Demonstrated success in multi-country SAP rollouts
Solid leadership in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team mentoring.
Working knowledge on vendor invoice management
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or master’s degree in Finance
SAP certification in Finance & Controlling areas
