Operations & Customer Support Executive Location: Kotturpuram, Chennai Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Weekly Off: Sunday About the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a multi-functional role where you'll support customers while also assisting with daily order fulfilment and operations. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram and email.

Handle exchange and replacement requests. Book courier pickups and reverse pickups through Delhivery. Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers. Handle product customization enquiries and assist in converting them into orders.

Pack customer orders accurately for daily dispatch.



Print shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier pickup. Coordinate with Porter and other logistics partners whenever required. Assist in garment fusing and other production-related tasks.

Support the team during busy sales periods and product launches. RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline. Positive communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp Web, MS Office, etc.).

Willingness to learn and handle multiple responsibilities. Valuable attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
