About the Role

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Success Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing luxury home décor brand. This person will ensure a seamless experience from customer inquiry to order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email.

Process Shopify orders and coordinate dispatches.

Manage inventory and stock updates.

Coordinate with warehouse staff and courier partners.

Ensure timely packing and shipping of orders.

Resolve customer concerns, returns, and replacements professionally.

Maintain order records and operational reports.

Assist with product listings and backend operational tasks.

Improve operational processes and customer experience.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in operations,



customer support, or e-commerce.

Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.

Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, Shopify, and basic office tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
