NTT TEACHER (REQUIREMENT: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS)

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote the overall cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and language development of nursery and kindergarten students while creating a positive and inclusive classroom setting.
Use creative teaching methods, including storytelling, music, games, art, role-play, and hands-on learning activities, to encourage curiosity, participation, and independent thinking among young learners.
Maintain excellent communication with children, parents, and school staff by providing regular updates on student progress, discussing developmental milestones, addressing concerns, and fostering strong parent-teacher relationships.
Assess and monitor each child's academic performance, classroom behavior, communication skills, and emotional well-being, maintaining accurate records and implementing individualized support whenever required.
Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom setting by organizing learning materials, supervising students during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play,



and school events while adhering to school safety policies.
Encourage positive manners, discipline, teamwork, creativity, and confidence through positive reinforcement, structured classroom routines, and interactive learning experiences that support holistic child development.
Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school management to plan academic activities, celebrations, curriculum improvements, assessments, workshops, and other educational initiatives throughout the academic year.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs to continuously enhance teaching methodologies, communication skills, and classroom management practices while contributing to the school's educational excellence.
