Role & responsibilities :

Channel management: plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms (affiliates, aggregators, programmatic) to drive qualified loan applications.

Cost and volume ownership: own cost per lead and cost per funded loan as primary metrics; scale spend only where payback and approval rates hold up.

Lead quality, not just lead volume: work backwards from approval and disbursal rates, filtering out channels and creatives that deliver cheap but un-fundable leads.

Creative and messaging: partner with product and brand to test positioning that leads with trust and clarity, tuned for a first-time or lower-digital-maturity borrower.

Measurement and attribution: build channel-level dashboards for CAC, payback, and funnel contribution; run structured experiments and report honestly on what works.

– Budget stewardship: manage the performance budget with transparent unit economics; move money toward what converts to funded loans.

– Vendor to in-house:



manage agency and platform partners in the near term while building the internal capability and playbooks to bring the function in-house over time.

Preferred candidate profile

– Experience of 8 to 10 years in a Fintech (Payment Tech, Insurance Tech, Lending Tech, Bank Tech).

– Robust, demonstrated experience running performance marketing across major platforms (Google, Meta, and others), with a track record of driving volume while managing cost per lead

– Experience in financial services/fintech/Ecommerce — comfortable with the realities of lead quality, approval funnels, and regulated messaging.

– Fluency in performance analytics, attribution, and experiment design; able to defend spend decisions with data.

– Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable owning a number.

– Direct experience in digital lending or consumer credit.

– Experience building an in-house performance function from an outsourced/agency starting point.

– Exposure to under-served or emerging-digital customer segments.
