Performance Marketing Executive (2+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for Performance Marketing Executives to drive the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across key e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart. This is an execution-focused role centered around campaign setup, daily optimization, budget management, creative testing, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting.
Conduct creative and campaign A/B testing to improve ROAS and conversions.
Track and report key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and sales performance.
Collaborate with category, merchandising, and creative teams to drive growth.
Generate insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.

Experience Required
2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Marketplace Advertising, or E-commerce Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads, or similar marketplace advertising platforms.

Performance Marketing Manager (5+ Years Experience)





Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead marketplace performance marketing and growth strategy across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplace channels. This role will own end-to-end paid media planning, execution, and performance while driving scalable and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead marketplace advertising strategy and growth initiatives.
Own end-to-end media planning, execution, and optimization across channels.
Develop category-wise growth plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend.
Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability metrics.
Manage agency and marketplace partner relationships.
Mentor and guide the performance marketing execution team.
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience Required
5+ years of experience in Marketplace Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or E-commerce Advertising.
Proven experience managing budgets, driving marketplace growth, and leading teams.
