Type: Full time What ZiAn does: We partner with technically solid AI, SaaS, and deep-tech founders who've built real products but are stuck on growth and go-to-market. We fix GTM, pricing, messaging, and distribution - strategy-first, pod-based, minimal founder time.

About this role: This is an embedded, ownership role. You'll be placed on one of ZiAn's key engagements and become the driving force behind its commercial growth - both on the client-acquisition side and the channel-partner side. This isn't a narrow coordination role; you're end-to-end on how this business grows. What you'll do:

Drive the client's own client/customer acquisition efforts - sourcing, evaluating, and closing opportunities

Build and manage the client's channel-partner ecosystem - identifying, onboarding, and growing partner relationships

Run commercial and technical assessments across both fronts to keep everything aligned and moving

Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements on both the client and partner sides





Work closely with founders and ZiAn's internal pods to fold outcomes into the overall GTM and revenue strategy

Own performance tracking across the full engagement and continuously sharpen the approach Who we want:

Strong analytical skills - comfortable evaluating markets, deals, and commercial models

Real experience in partnerships and/or client-facing growth roles

Sharp communicator and negotiator - confident presenting, aligning, and closing with senior stakeholders

B2B tech background (AI/SaaS/deep-tech) is a robust plus

Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related; postgrad a bonus

Comfortable with CRM tools and basic financial modeling

Ready for a fast-paced, founder-facing, on-site, high-ownership environment Compensation & growth:

Training period (first 3 months): ₹10,000/month

From month 4 (permanent): ₹15,000 to upto 18,000/month

Appraisals every 6 months

Performance incentives: upto ₹1,00,000
