We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager with solid expertise in Google Ads to lead and scale high-budget campaigns across international markets.

Markets: International (US and UK)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)



and Meta Ads
Manage and scale high-budget campaigns with a focus on ROI and revenue growth
Drive customer acquisition and improve overall campaign efficiency (ROAS, CPA)
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, and e-commerce

Requirements:
4 to 7+ years of experience in performance marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory) and Meta Ads
Proven experience managing large advertising budgets
Experience handling international markets, particularly US and UK
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands is preferred
