Key Responsibilities
Onboard recent applications and integrations Integrate recent business applications into Omada, establish connectivity, perform testing, and support go-live activities.
Manage daily Omada operations – Monitor and maintain Omada Identity processes, workflows, and system activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Troubleshoot access and provisioning issues – Investigate and resolve user access problems, provisioning failures, workflow errors, and entitlement discrepancies.
Create and maintain roles and access models – Design, implement, and maintain application roles, business roles, logical applications, and access governance structures.
Support audits and compliance requirements – Provide audit evidence, enforce IAM policies, support access reviews, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Implement IAM process improvements – Analyze business requirements and enhance IAM processes, workflows, and governance controls to improve efficiency and security.
Monitor system health and performance – Review dashboards, logs, reports,



and system metrics to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with vendors and support teams – Work closely with service providers, infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure service delivery and issue resolution.
Ensure secure and compliant access management across the organization – Maintain least-privilege access principles, governance policies, and security controls throughout the identity lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Omada Identity.
Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes.
Experience configuring Omada workflows and using standard (out-of-the-box) Omada features.
Solid communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical teams.
