Role Description The Operations Executive – Bangalore at Woofly will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of pet grooming services. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and includes coordinating grooming schedules, managing service requests, and supporting groomers with logistics and resource planning.

The Operations

Executive will monitor service quality, handle customer queries and feedback, and track key operational metrics to improve efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to operational policies and best practices.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to coordinate daily activities and optimize service workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and support operational decision-making.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with customers, groomers, and internal teams.
Candidates should preferably have experience in service-based or consumer-focused operations, ideally within pet care, hospitality, or related industries.
Candidates should have proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling software) and strong attention to detail.
Candidates should have a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Current Delhi, with flexibility to manage operational needs and occasional extended hours.
