Lead and motivate a small team to achieve targets.
Assist in daily operations and coordinate with departments.
Maintain records, reports, and performance metrics.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Solid team leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred:
Knowledge of two-wheeler industry is a plus.
