Role & responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients.
Monitor patients' condition and record vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
Educate patients and their families about treatment and care.
Maintain cleanliness of the patient care area and nursing equipment.
Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and maintain skilled conduct.
Work in rotational shifts and ensure proper handover during shift changes.

Preferred candidate profile
ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
Valid Nursing Council registration.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety.
Team player with a positive attitude and skilled behavior.
