Role Description This is a full-time, in office Product Specialist role based in Hoshiarpur.

The Product

Specialist will guide clients in selecting appropriate hearing aid products, explain product features, and demonstrate usage and maintenance. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product consultations, supporting the sales process, maintaining accurate product and client records, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless service. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, providing after-sales support, and staying updated on new hearing aid technologies and product updates.

Specialist will work closely with the clinic team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and contribute to clinic growth.

Qualifications

Product specialization skills, including experience as a Product Specialist and familiarity with hearing aid or medical devices.

Solid analytical skills for understanding client needs, comparing product options, and interpreting basic product performance data.

Effective communication skills for explaining technical information clearly and building trust with clients and team members.

Customer service and sales skills to manage client interactions, handle concerns professionally, and support product recommendations and closures.

Basic knowledge of hearing health or willingness to learn about audiology and hearing aid technology.

Ability to work on-site in Hoshiarpur, manage time effectively, and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.

Relevant education in science, healthcare, or business is preferred; prior experience in healthcare, audiology, or medical device sales is an advantage.

Comfort with using computers and clinic management or CRM software for documentation and follow-up.
