Role Description The Operations Executive is a full time, in office role based in Kochi, responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of EPIC Kerala’s export ecosystem programs and initiatives. This role involves coordinating training sessions, mentorship activities, and incubation events, as well as managing schedules, documentation,



and operational workflows.
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle day-to-day activities, workflows, and program execution.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and support process improvement.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with entrepreneurs, partners, and internal teams effectively.
Relevant experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in startups, incubation centers, export promotion, or similar ecosystems, is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation) and comfort with digital tools for coordination and reporting.
