We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage customer relationships after the sale of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience by coordinating documentation, construction updates, possession, and registration while acting as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking until possession.
Ensure timely collection of post-booking documents such as KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, and agreement-related documents.
Assist customers with home loan documentation and coordinate with banks/financial institutions.
Prepare and maintain customer files, agreements, allotment letters, demand letters, and other documentation.
Coordinate with legal, sales, engineering, and site teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.
Provide regular construction progress updates to customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits, unit inspections, and possession handovers.
Handle customer queries, complaints,



and service requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate registration and possession formalities with customers.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in post-sales, CRM, customer service, or real estate operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Solid organizational and documentation skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
