Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in operations within a digital marketing agency. The selected candidate will support day-to-day operational activities, coordinate internal tasks, assist with website content updates, create marketing materials, and ensure the smooth execution of internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities across departments.
Assign and follow up on internal tasks to ensure timely completion.
Maintain task trackers and update project progress reports.
Publish blogs, articles, and other content on the company website.
Update website pages and digital content as required.
Design brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate with the SEO, Content, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Organize and maintain operational documents and digital files.
Assist in implementing and maintaining internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings when required.
Ensure accuracy and quality in assigned operational tasks.




Handle miscellaneous operational and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Willingness to learn WordPress, project management tools, and other digital platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
