Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai Working days- 6 days Work time - 11am - 8pm Work setup - Work from office Only candidates residing in Mumbai will be shortlisted for further process.

Key Responsibilities: ● Act as a bridge between the sales team and coaches to align and schedule demo sessions. ● Ensure timely coordination and communication with all stakeholders to avoid scheduling conflicts. ● Maintain and update scheduling systems, tracking demo status and feedback. ● Support the sales team by ensuring that all operational aspects of demo sessions are handled efficiently.



● Address any last-minute changes or cancellations and promptly inform relevant parties. ● Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the scheduling process and improve efficiency. ● Maintain accurate reports and documentation of scheduled demos and their outcomes. ● Assist in process improvements to enhance overall team productivity and customer experience.

Requirements: ● A graduate degree is a must. ● Solid organizational and time-management skills. ● Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a rapid-paced workplace. ● Should know Microsoft Excel.
