Role Description The Ortems APS role is a part-time position based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility of some work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with Ortems Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) tools to support production planning, capacity analysis, and schedule optimization.

The role involves preparing, reviewing, and tracking expense-related data, supporting finance and accounting teams with accurate entries related to APS activities, and ensuring timely reporting.



The individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze operational data, support decision-making, and help improve planning efficiency. This position requires attention to detail, clear documentation, and proactive communication with team members and business partners.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Finance and Accounting skills, including familiarity with basic financial processes.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Expense Reports and Journal Entries (Accounting) for accurate recording and tracking of costs.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational and financial data and support APS-related decisions.
Experience with production planning, scheduling tools, or APS systems (such as Ortems) is highly beneficial.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
