Blue Tea India is looking for a detail-oriented Production Associate with 2–3 years of experience in production planning and operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in production forecasting, inventory management, team coordination, and ERP-based production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily production planning and scheduling to meet business requirements.
Prepare production forecasts based on demand and inventory levels.
Monitor production activities and ensure timely execution of plans.
Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and quality teams for smooth production operations.
Handle and supervise blue-collar workforce, ensuring productivity and discipline on the production floor.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation using ERP and Excel.
Track production KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in Production, Manufacturing, or FMCG operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
