Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible OT Staff member with experience in Hair Transplantation procedures. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operation theatre standards, assisting in hair transplant procedures, managing OT supplies, ensuring sterilization protocols, and supporting the medical team to deliver a safe and effective patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre (OT) before, during, and after hair transplant procedures.
Assist doctors and technicians during hair transplant surgeries as required.
Handle OT loading and ensure all instruments, consumables, and equipment are readily available.
Manage inventory and supply of OT materials, ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
Perform sterilization and autoclaving of surgical instruments according to infection-control protocols.
Conduct OT fumigation and maintain hygiene standards as per clinical guidelines.
Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of OT equipment and furniture.
Monitor and maintain records related to sterilization, fumigation, and OT activities.
Coordinate with procurement and administrative teams for required OT supplies.
Follow all safety, infection control,



and quality assurance protocols.
Assist in patient preparation and post-procedure OT management.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in Hair Transplantation OT or a similar surgical OT workplace.
Knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization procedures, autoclaving, and infection control practices.
Familiarity with OT inventory management and supply coordination.
Basic understanding of surgical instruments and equipment used in hair transplant procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.Professional Attributes
