1) Project Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor progress as per project schedule and milestones.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

2) Planning & Coordination
Prepare site execution plans and work schedules.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and structural engineers.
Conduct regular site meetings and report project status.
Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

3) Quality Control
Ensure construction quality as per IS codes and standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Verify materials as per approved BOQ and specifications.
Maintain quality documentation and test reports.

4) Billing & Documentation
Prepare and verify contractor bills.




Maintain measurement books (MB).
Monitor material consumption and wastage control.
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).

5) Safety Compliance
Ensure all safety procedures are followed at site.
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Ensure use of PPE by all workers.
Report and investigate site incidents.

6) Material & Inventory Management
Plan material requirements in advance.
Coordinate with procurement team.
Monitor site stock and prevent material losses.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
