Job Summary
Green Worms Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of day-to-day operations at assigned client locations. The role involves coordinating field activities, managing manpower and logistics, maintaining operational records, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations at assigned client sites.
Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity.
Manage material movement, logistics, and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
Monitor service quality and support continuous operational improvements.
Maintain accurate operational data and submit daily reports using digital systems.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, facility management, or a related field.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and have access to a two-wheeler for field travel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
