Role Description The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure effective, safe, and cost-effective production of refrigeration products. This full time, in office role is based in Rajkot and involves planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing processes to meet output and quality targets.

The role includes implementing quality control procedures, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.





The Production

Engineer will also maintain accurate production records, support equipment maintenance planning, and contribute to workflow and layout optimization to enhance productivity.

Qualifications
Robust Production Engineering and Production Planning skills, with experience managing manufacturing workflows and resources.
Proficient Analytical Skills for monitoring performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and improving processes.
Knowledge of Quality Control practices, standards, and inspection methods in a manufacturing environment.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with production staff, maintenance teams, and management.
Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
Experience in refrigeration equipment manufacturing or related industrial production is an advantage.
Familiarity with safety regulations, lean manufacturing, and basic preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to work in office in Rajkot and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
