Product Design &
Development:

Lead the design, development, prototyping, and continuous improvement of electric fireplaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, manufacturability, safety, and cost efficiency.
Production &
Team Management:

Plan and supervise daily production activities, allocate work to technicians and workers, monitor productivity, resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Inventory &
Material Control:

Maintain optimum inventory levels of raw materials, electrical components, fabricated parts, packaging materials, and finished goods while preventing shortages, excess stock, and wastage.
Purchase &
Vendor Management:

Coordinate procurement of components and materials, identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices and delivery terms, and ensure timely availability of quality materials.
Quality Control &
Overall Responsibility:

Take complete responsibility for product quality, electrical safety, finishing, testing, packaging, cost control, timely dispatch, documentation, and smooth functioning of the entire production department.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
