A Production Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and within quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Production Engineer (Mechanical)1. Production Planning & Control
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified time.
Coordinate with planning, purchase, stores, and quality departments.
Monitor production progress and resolve delays.
Process Management
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
Prepare process sheets, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Improve productivity through process optimization.
Reduce cycle time and eliminate bottlenecks.
Shop Floor Supervision
Supervise fabrication, machining, assembly, welding, and finishing activities.
Allocate manpower and machine resources effectively.
Ensure proper utilization of equipment and materials.
Monitor operator performance and provide guidance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
