We are looking for a Production Engineer with fabrication experience to join our manufacturing team.
Position: Production Engineer – Fabrication
Location: Talegaon MIDC
Experience: 2–5 years (Fabrication industry preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Planning and supervision of fabrication activities
Reading and understanding fabrication drawings
Coordination with production, quality, and stores teams
Ensuring production as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines
Monitoring manpower, material usage, and daily production reports
Handling shop-floor issues and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Robust knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, bending, assembly)
Ability to handle shop-floor production independently
Good communication and coordination skills
