Yield and Waste Management/: To reduce raw material waste and rework expenses, keep an eye on material utilisation, track scrap rates, examine the underlying causes of rejection, and put remedial measures in place.



Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement/: To optimise workflow, shorten changeover times, and boost operational productivity, implement 5S, Single/-Minute Exchange of Die /(SMED/), Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping projects.
