Production Engineer High Volume Manufacturing Setting /: Responsibilities/: Daily Production Execution/: To attain desired output metrics, maximize machine usage, and sustain manufacturing velocity, plan, monitor, and carry out daily production schedules. Line Balancing & Cycle Time Optimization/: Conduct time/-and/-motion studies to balance manual or semi/-automated assembly lines, eliminating operational bottlenecks and lowering manufacturing cycle times.

Lean Manufacturing Implementation/: Use lean manufacturing frameworks, particularly Kaizen loops, 5S workplace layouts, and Single/-Minute Exchange of Die SMED changeover techniques, to oversee continuous improvement initiatives on active shop floors.

Tracking Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE/:



Work closely with maintenance teams to execute Total Productive Maintenance TPM techniques that increase asset availability by keeping an eye on and analyzing machine downtime s. Shop/-Floor Workforce Management/: Ensure adherence to production targets and skills matrix paths by supervising, training, and assigning shop/-floor technicians and machine operators throughout manufacturing lines.
