Key Responsibilities
Go through complete customer order requirements, PR and other specifications
Understand the Quality Documents like ITP, JQR (Job Quality Requirements), NDE & Other Procedures, Material Standard specification inline to Project requirements.
Work closely with Project Engineering on complaining the quality documentation.
Submit Manufacturing Quality documents to customer as per the agreed timeline.
Lessons Learnt to be captured and it should be followed in every project.
Support Inside sales for pre /post-inspection/documentation queries and documents w.r.t quality .
Work closely with cross functional team & supplier and ensure the project quality requirements thru meetings.
Knowledge of various testing and material standards with respect to valve industry (ASME/EN)
Customer inspection handling experience.




Knowledge of various certification requirements.
Knowledge of digitalisation in documentation and robust appetite for the same.
Ensure all documents are maintained as per QMS & company policy.

Competencies for Success
Solid Knowledge in Valve Standards and Material & Testing Standards- ASME, ASTM, API, EN, IS & BS Standards
Knowledge of PED, CRN, S-stamp, API & other certifications w.r.t valve Industry
Preferred to have knowledge in Nuclear Valves
Knowledge in MS Office
Education qualification: B.E / B Tech Mechanical.
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Must possess valuable writing and communication skills.
