We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager with prior HealthTech experience to lead product delivery, cross-functional engineering workflows, and healthcare compliance initiatives from our Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of software and AI integration projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with product managers, AI/software engineers, UI/UX designers, and clinical advisors to align timelines and scope.
Regulatory & Compliance Tracking: Ensure digital health features comply with relevant health data standards and regulations (DPDP, HIPAA, FHIR/HL7 guidelines).
Sprint Management: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, release tracking, and retrospective meetings.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership and external clinical/hospital deployment partners.




Risk & Quality Management: Identify technical, timeline, and operational risks early; implement proactive mitigation plans to keep launches on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3–6+ years of Project Management / Technical Program Management experience, with at least 2 years in HealthTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare Software .
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical/healthcare discipline (PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications are a robust plus).
Technical & Healthcare Acumen: Familiarity with AI-driven products, EHR/EMR workflows, medical data security standards, and API integrations.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai .
