Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable backend applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers through code reviews and regular feedback.
Design and optimize APIs, databases, and backend architectures.
Integrate multiple data sources, databases, and third-party services.
Work with ORMs, multithreading, multiprocessing, authentication, and security best practices.
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, debugging, and version control (Git).
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in an Agile workplace.
Promote knowledge sharing and maintain coding standards.

Required Skills
Solid expertise in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Hands-on experience with Django/Flask, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, and Docker/Kubernetes.
Valuable understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side templating (Jinja2, Mako).
Experience with Redis, Kafka/SQS/MQ, database design, and scalable application architecture.
Strong debugging, testing, and version control skills.
