Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
Analyze production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
Prepare production schedules and ensure targets are achieved.
Monitor production performance and prepare reports on output, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality standards.
Manage material usage and reduce waste through process optimization.
Support new product development and process validation activities.
Train production staff on recent procedures, equipment,



and safety practices.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace
(entry-level candidates may also be considered).
Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
