Housekeeping / safety for worker and material handling, shifting, loading and unloading

Shift duty working has to do

Daily planning report distribution to worker, guide to worker according to report To study drawing & work for executing purpose To check availability to raw material for planned work To inform to supervisor if any team absent & re-panning of priority work To check tool tackles & consumables for plan work To observe work during in process & speed of work





After completion of each work by fabricator self-inspection & offer to qc

Daily requisition in ERP for production, consumable material To ensure tools & tackles machinery at right place after completion of work To check safety equipment must wear by all persons as per rules

Stay &complete; work as & when require

Pre planning of night/overtime work

Site work need to go when require

Need to come on week off day or holiday as per company requirement

Basic knowledge of computer ERP & Auto-cad & drawing reading

Basic knowledge of ASME code

Time punctual & discipline with work

Knowledge about how to deal with manpower & how to get work out of them

Tack responsibility of other engineer in absent

Execute all other tasks given by the management.
