Role Description The PPC Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The PPC Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to meet performance and lead generation targets. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid and budget management, monitoring campaign performance through analytics tools, and preparing regular performance reports.

The role also involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams to align PPC initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies, conducting A/B tests,



and implementing data-driven improvements. The PPC Manager is expected to stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maximize return on ad spend.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan, execute, and align PPC campaigns with overall brand and business objectives.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to create targeted campaigns that attract qualified prospects and support sales goals.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance metrics, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on measurable results.
Solid understanding of PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social ad managers) and experience managing budgets and bids is beneficial.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in PPC or performance marketing and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field are preferred.
