We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to join our team in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry. Our company specializes in the manufacturing of tractor parts, and we are seeking a quality qualified who can lead quality systems, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

The ideal candidate should have 210 years of experience in the sheet metal, pressing, fabrication, or automotive manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, and developing quality processes that can be customized according to business needs.

Key responsibilities include monitoring product quality, handling customer and supplier quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of PPAP, APQP, PFMEA,



Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), 8D, SPC, MSA, and quality documentation.

Experience in customer audits, internal audits, supplier audits, engineering drawing interpretation, and team management will be an added advantage.

The successful candidate must possess robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with excellent communication and leadership skills. They should be capable of coordinating effectively with Production, Purchase, Design, and Cross-Functional Teams to achieve quality objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering) or Diploma with relevant experience.

Experience: 2–10 Years
