We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python GenAI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and system architecture, with experience building scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

The candidate will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered applications using Python.
Build enterprise solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
Develop and optimize machine learning models for training, inference, and production deployment.
Build AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.




Work with vector databases and embedding models to build intelligent search and retrieval systems.
Design scalable system architectures and data engineering pipelines.
Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and conduct code reviews.
Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes are followed.
