Main Duties:
Assist workers and machine operators in the production process.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Arrange and move materials within the factory.
Help with packing, labeling, and storing products.
Keep the production area clean and organized.
Follow safety rules and company procedures.
Check products for visible defects or damage.
Support other production-related tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
No specific educational qualification may be required.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
Valuable teamwork and a positive attitude.
Previous factory experience is an advantage but not always necessary.
Pay: From ₹13,500.00 per month
