We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with US clients, handling voice processes, candidate onboarding, customer service, or e-commerce support. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a solid commitment to accuracy and compliance while handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, candidates, and clients professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
Support e-commerce customer service activities, including order inquiries, issue resolution, and follow-ups.
Coordinate candidate onboarding activities.
Verify and process documentation while ensuring compliance.
Maintain accurate records and update systems.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Manage multiple tasks while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.





Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
13 years of experience working with US clients.
Minimum 1+ year in US voice process, customer support, onboarding, or e-commerce customer service.
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
Solid interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
Robust attention to detail and compliance orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Willingness to work in a secure environment.
Flexible to work rotational shifts (majorly night shifts).
A strong and thorough background verification will be conducted prior to onboarding.

Preferred Skills
Experience in customer service, e-commerce support, recruitment support, onboarding, HR operations, or document verification.
Familiarity with CRM, ATS, ERP, or workflow systems.
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
