We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, excellent typing skills, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Customer Service Executive, you will primarily be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and assisting customers with any issues or concerns they may have.
This role will also involve receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. This position will be located on site at our office.
