We're looking for an experienced knitting skilled to lead the installation, commissioning, and production of our current Karl Mayer raschel knitting machine for shade net manufacturing.

What you'll do

Lead installation & commissioning of the Karl Mayer shade net knitting machine at our Hosur facility

Set machine parameters and optimize knitting performance

Monitor fabric quality, machine efficiency, and process stability

Troubleshoot machine and process issues independently

Train operators and shop-floor technicians

Manage production records, downtime analysis, and quality documentation

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering (preferred)





Robust hands-on experience with raschel/warp knitting machines — mandatory

Experience in shade net, technical textiles, or agro-textile manufacturing preferred

Exposure to Karl Mayer or equivalent high-speed raschel technology is a big plus
